The success of AWS can be directly attributed to its people! The AWS team is comprised of dedicated and talented professionals that bring together a diverse, multidisciplinary skill set that is critical to current and future AWS operations.

Consistent with the education focus of the company AWS maintains a staff of educators, meteorologists, engineers. AWS' experience base includes five former teachers, including Dr. Judy Kalish, Director of Education. Three meteorologists are on staff in the areas of broadcast sales, education sale and technical support. The AWS engineering staff now boasts three Ph.D. level engineers/programmers.
