Qualifications:	Requirements for the position include a BSCE, BSEE or related degree (or equivalent) plus 3+ years of Web site, network engineering experience. Strongly preferred skills include IP, Cisco, NT Enterprise Server, MS Clustering Technology, SQL Server, Database Replication, Load Balancing, ASP, HTML, graphics and Internet Information Server (IIS). Job Description:	AWS Convergence Technologies, Inc. is looking for a Website Performance Engineer – Manager to assume a leadership role in support of our rapidly growing website. This individual must be able to function in a fast-paced environment, must be willing to take “ownership” of the website, must be able to utilize engineering expertise to resolve problems and keep AWS’ complex and high-volume (hundreds of thousands of simultaneous users) websites running at all times. This person will write plans for system monitoring, server backups, hardware acquisition, and system performance. He/she will also utilize preventive strategies, diagnostics and troubleshooting to ensure continuous availability of the web sites. The position also involves Web-Server administration, Load Balancing, handling of server backups, working with Routers and Switches, and Database Programming, Administration, and Performance. The incumbent will be responsible for the development of the Network Architecture, development of the expansion of the network, and development of disaster-recovery procedures.
