KTVB channel 7 out of Boise, ID has picked up our name and stats in their local weather forecast. This time of year humidity is important in bailing hay, many farmers come by to check the current reading. Our local volunteer fire department is excited that local weather can be obtained on the net (24 hours a day) for their reports. During the winter months our WeatherNet Camera and Weather Station will be of real interest to the duck hunters and snowmobilers who want to know the local conditions before leaving the city."

"St. George Island Florida is a small barrier island, located in the Florida panhandle. The weather on the Island can be completely different than the weather on the mainland just 5.2 miles over the bridge. After an intense search we decided to explore the AWS weathernet system. AWS made it so easy for us to get the station purchased , on-line and on our website. We had it serving weather to the world less than four hours out of the box. Our weather center has already generated an intense local interest. After TS Barry, we all realized how important our island weather is to many of our non-resident home owners and local residents. Many local community minded businesses have contacted us interested in sponsorship. Over all we are most happy with our weather center turned profit center.
